As a Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) at Avir at Paris, you will serve as a clinical leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition
• Handling advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments
• Collaborating with the facility's care team to oversee short- and long-term residents

Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 ANNUALLY (commensurate with experience)

Requirements:

Active Texas Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) and DEA License

Previous nursing or clinical experience
