Commercial Refrigeration Technician

A growing HVAC and refrigeration service organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join its team. What We Offer $35-$50/hour , depending on experience Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 Shift premiums of up to 15% Paid training and ongoing education Medical, dental, vision, prescription, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays Quarterly bonus opportunities and tuition reimbursement Employee discounts and additional perks Consistent, year-round commercial work Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment Service compressors, pumps, air handlers, condensers, ice machines, furnaces, motors, and controls Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems Complete installations, startups, minor construction, and remodeling projects Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Safely operate a company vehicle and provide emergency/on-call support Qualifications High school diploma/GED EPA certification required 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience Supermarket or convenience-store refrigeration experience preferred Experience with single systems, rack systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and good driving record You can expect a quick response once I receive your resume.
