Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues, offering solutions. Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time. Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts. Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate the customer. Ensure customers have a distinctive shopping experience. Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution. Self-directed with minimal assistance needed for completing tasks. Working Conditions Generally indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces. Shifts typically no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours. Travel between stores in personal vehicle required, often long distances. Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment. Physical Requirements Travel as needed. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently. Access all store areas safely. Operate store equipment. Read, write, and count accurately for documentation. Handle contact with birds/poultry. Complete required training. Operate equipment like dollies, handtrucks, forklifts (if age permits). Lifting up to 50 pounds. Drive vehicles. Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
