The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that support our engineering solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize full stack solutions that enhance our operational capabilities and improve user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces that meet business requirements.Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.Database Management:Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Optimize database queries and structures for performance and scalability.Testing and Quality Assurance:Write automated tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code.Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth user experience.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in software development.Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions and mentoring of junior developers.QualificationsEducation:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical Skills:Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Strong experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.Familiarity with database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.Experience:3+ years of experience in full stack development, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications and features.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively while working independently.Job Types: Full-timePay: From $48.50 - $60.50 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours daily)Expected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceVision insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRemote
