About the Role:
Lean On Me Indy LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Healthcare Personal Care Attendant (Non-Skilled) to join our team in Martinsville, IN. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment
• Help with meal preparation
• Assist with pet care, cats or dogs
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, tidying, and maintaining a safe living space
• Transport or accompany clients to non-medical appointments and errands as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide, preferred
• Driver's license or state ID, and Social Security card
• Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to assist with housekeeping and pet care 
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans accurately
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test are a must-have
• Must pass a background check and meet state home healthcare requirements
