What You’ll DoAs a Server at Izakaya Ichie, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Answering questions about the menu and making recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable service flow.
- Handling customer concerns or feedback with professionalism.
