Associate Veterinarian

Associate Veterinarian – Embassy Veterinary Center

Knoxville, Tennessee | Full-Time

Looking for more than just another veterinary job? Come find your place at Embassy.

At Embassy Veterinary Center , we’re building something different—a veterinary experience where exceptional medicine, teamwork, innovation, and having fun at work can all exist together.

We’re looking for a compassionate, confident Associate Veterinarian who wants to practice great medicine, build meaningful client relationships, collaborate with a strong support team, and be part of a growing veterinary family.

Why Embassy?

We believe exceptional pet care starts with compassion, collaboration, and a dedication to excellence. Our hospitals are thoughtfully designed, modern, and equipped to support high-quality medicine—from wellness and preventive care to dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, orthopedics, urgent care, diagnostics, and more.

But what really makes Embassy different?

It’s the people.

You’ll work alongside experienced veterinarians, skilled veterinary professionals, and a structured management team that believes in communication, professional growth, and creating an environment where people actually enjoy coming to work. Our culture is professional, energetic, collaborative, and yes…we like to have fun!

• Build lasting relationships with clients through education and communication

• Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support teams

• Maintain accurate, timely medical records

• Help create a positive, supportive hospital culture

Have a special interest? We want to know about it. We’re interested in veterinarians who want to grow their skills and develop their professional passions—not simply fill a schedule.

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program

• Tennessee veterinary license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for patient care and the human-animal bond

• Team-oriented mindset

• New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply

Why Knoxville?

Live where other people vacation.

Knoxville gives you the best of both worlds—an energetic city with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, arts, music, college-town energy, and a thriving community, all surrounded by the outdoor playground of East Tennessee.

The Great Smoky Mountains, Tennessee River, Urban Wilderness, greenways, hiking, biking, kayaking, and countless outdoor adventures are all part of everyday life here. Knoxville’s Urban Wilderness alone offers more than 60 miles of multi-use trails just minutes from downtown.

Whether your perfect weekend means hiking in the mountains, paddling the river, catching live music downtown, cheering on the Vols, exploring local restaurants, or relaxing with your dogs— Knoxville makes it easy to have a life outside the clinic, too.
