We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.We’re hiring a Mechanical Engineer IIat our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MOand we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.Responsible for design of various mechanical parts related to OEM integration of EquipmentShare proprietary products, and the design of products to support the overall EquipmentShare mission.Primary ResponsibilitiesConcept and develop mechanical components and systems that may include design of weldments, stampings or laser cut parts, and bonding of components.Communication with suppliers and customers on product selection and integrationWork with manufacturing, product verification and validation, and suppliers to develop efficient and cost effective designsDocument the design solution required for production and product validation testingExperience working with 3D modeling software such as Creo and SolidWorks, including the modeling of components, sheet metal, and hydraulic or electrical routingsOther duties and design projects as assignedWhy EquipmentShare?Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
