Job Summary:

Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency, is seeking reliable and compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. Our agency provides compassionate, personalized home care services that help seniors and those in need live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience*

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
