- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines, ensuring well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and execute physician and nursing orders with precision.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs alongside the healthcare team.

- License: Nursys Verification

Health History Requirements:
- MMR
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Vaccine
- Varicella
- Tdap
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire (optional)
