Quality Control Technician

Quality Control Technician Location: Hamlet, NC Pay: $16.50 Shift: 2:45 pm – 1:15 am, Monday through Thursday Reference Number: 5848548 Responsibilities Ensure all products manufactured meet or exceed quality standards, safety, environmental, and ISO requirements. Manage QC lab processes, including testing, calibration, and verification of equipment. Enter and maintain accurate test results and documentation in the computer database (JDE). Support warehouse and production activities such as order fulfillment, inventory audits, and material handling. Assist in root cause analysis investigations for nonconforming products and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in science or engineering or 3+ years of QC laboratory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math skills. Ability to operate a forklift safely and use RF scanners for inventory control. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, twisting, and climbing activities.
