Job Details

• Position Description: The Clinical Nurse (CN) is an RN responsible for hands-on patient care, practicing within regulatory standards, hospital policies, and evidence-based practices. The CN performs all steps of the nursing process, monitors patient safety, and contributes to continuous improvement in patient care quality.
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (CA-RN), current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university (preferred), able to communicate effectively in English, 0 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse is expected to create a healing environment through presence, emotional support, patient and family education, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The role requires rapid problem-solving, emergency response activation, and continuous professional development.
