Requirements:

- 1+ years of Occupational Therapist experience (required)

- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience (required)

- Active Occupational Therapist license (required)

- New graduates considered with Level II experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.

- Develop and implement appropriate care plans in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.

- Administer rehabilitative treatment interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

- Assess patient progress, modify treatment plans, and document all services provided.

- Collaborate effectively with other health team members to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.

- Provide consultation and counseling to patients and their families regarding physical disorders.

Compliance / Notes:

- Participation in required meetings and trainings is mandatory.

- Must adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards during professional practice.
