Aspirus Health is seeking a palliative care nurse practitioner to join our team at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital.

Make a meaningful impact by helping to improve the quality of life for patients through expert chronic disease symptom management, education, counseling, and goals of care discussions.

OPPORTUNITY :

• Strong collaboration between palliative care team, hospitalists, cardiology, oncology, dietitians, and all other specialties as needed

• 5-day work week, with flexible scheduling and no call
\n
• No weekends, no holidays
\n
• Potential for virtual visits/telehealth, with excellent IT support
\n
• Highly integrated and optimized EMR allowing for efficient documentation
