Freedom_Academy

This position is ideal for an educator who loves helping struggling readers experience real progress — and who understands that effective intervention requires more than encouragement. It requires strong instruction, careful progress monitoring, collaboration, consistency, and a belief that students can grow when they are given the right support. The Reading Interventionist will work closely with classroom teachers, Special Education staff, English Learner staff, and school leadership to identify student needs, provide evidence-based intervention, monitor growth, and strengthen literacy outcomes across the school.
