- Clerical support for Curriculum team members, grant managers and technology team
- Communication with schools and other district departments
- Maintain Curriculum Team Google Drive and Calendar
- Management of purchasing process for curriculum team, grant managers and technology team
- Requisitions
- Inventory
- Vendor communication
- Additional clerical duties as assigned for district level projects
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to follow through and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with co-workers and all staff
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Minimum of one year of Administrative support/clerical work
- Database and Financial program experience
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools experience
- School Information Management and Municipal Finance software experience a plus
