2. nd shift – 3:30 pm to 12 am Monday – Friday

JOB TITLE:

WORK SCHEDULE:

8 Hour Shift Essential Duties And Responsibilities Load Cartons: Load cartons into the feeder of the folder/gluer production machine. Training: Provide training for new production associates on the folder/gluer process. Problem Reporting: Inform production Operators of any issues occurring on the line. Supply Management: Notify manufacturing Operators when running low on supplies. Jam Clearing: Assist with clearing jam-ups on production machine-fed lines. Job Ticket Consultation: Review job tickets for proper instructions before starting a new job or shift. Packing Instructions: Follow packing instructions as documented on the job ticket. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. Backup Support: Provide backup support to other associates on production machine-fed lines to maintain production flow. Communication: Communicate instructions to other manufacturing employees and shifts. Case Count Monitoring: Monitor case counts to ensure correct production quantities are packed. Continuous Operation: Participate in tasks necessary for continuous operation of the process. Safety Compliance: Follow all manufacturing plant safety rules and maintain a safe working environment. Quality Monitoring: Monitor the quality of products being produced to ensure they meet standards. Compliance: Comply with the Consolidated Standards for Inspection – Food Contact Manufacturing Facilities following SQF Guidelines. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Excellent communication and training skills.
