Recruiting Coordinator (Contract‑to‑Hire)

Location: Culver City, CA

Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour

Schedule: Full-time

We are partnering with a growing organization in Culver City to hire a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract‑to‑hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting recruiting teams, and is highly organized with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews across multiple schedules, including phone, video, and onsite interviews
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage calendars, confirmations, and interview logistics
• Support recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting documentation
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with offer letter coordination and pre‑hire onboarding steps
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or administrative support
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
