Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician We're seeking a customer-service-oriented individual with an upbeat, "can-do" approach and strong communication skills. - Fulfill resident service requests
- Maintain grounds and overall property appearance
- Perform apartment punch work and make-ready preparation
- Complete drywall repairs and painting
- Handle general plumbing and electrical tasks
- Communicate effectively while remaining professional under pressure
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Shared on-call rotation required
- Weekend availability required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC experience preferred
- HVAC and CPO certifications preferred but not required
