We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at Walden Landing , and we're looking for someone who brings professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail to every task.

Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a customer-service-oriented individual with an upbeat, "can-do" approach and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player who is reliable, motivated, and focused on delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill resident service requests
• Maintain grounds and overall property appearance
• Perform apartment punch work and make-ready preparation
• Complete drywall repairs and painting
• Handle general plumbing and electrical tasks
• Communicate effectively while remaining professional under pressure

Schedule & Requirements

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Shared on-call rotation required
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC experience preferred
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred but not required
