Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a full-time occupational therapist to provide in-home care across Washington, D.C. You'll be visiting patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OT work that actually makes a difference. This role is a good fit for OTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.

Roughly 2530 units per week on a route you help design

Evaluations, individualized treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge start to finish, your patients, your plan

ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, home safety, and caregiver education

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning

Active occupational therapist (OT) license in D.C.

1+ years of clinical OT experience preferred

Home health and OASIS experience preferred if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
