Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or clinical fellowship year candidates welcome)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students, both in-person and via hybrid/remote modalities
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Conduct assessments, create goals, and provide progress reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families, to support each child's success
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and professional development as needed
