Maintenance ApprenticeThe Maintenance Apprentice helps keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role supports the maintenance team by assisting with equipment repairs, learning troubleshooting skills, and helping ensure machines stay in good working condition. You'll work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, PLC, robotic, and vacuum systems using standard hand tools and maintenance equipment.Shifts are Monday–Friday with openings on:1st shift ~ 6:30a.m. - 3:300p.m.2nd shift: ~3:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.3rd shift: ~10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.Shift differentials apply.The facility emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization. Employees also have access to on-site wellness amenities such as a gym.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
