You will play a key role in lead management, appointment scheduling, front office coordination, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This position is essential in creating a positive patient experience while supporting an organized and efficient practice. Lead Management & Scheduling Respond promptly to new patient inquiries and follow up with prospective patients. Schedule new patient consultations and help maintain strong appointment attendance. Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed consultations. Maintain an organized schedule and ensure accurate documentation. Patient Experience Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experience. Support a positive, comfortable, and patient-centered environment. Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate next steps in care. Help maintain efficient patient flow and on-time scheduling. Financial Responsibilities Collect patient payments and balances at the time of service. Accurately post payments and maintain financial records. Assist with daily reconciliation and support financial accuracy. Operations Support Follow established office policies, procedures, and scheduling protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and appointment information. Support overall office efficiency and collaborate effectively with team members. Qualifications Previous dental, orthodontic, or healthcare front office experience preferred. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
