About the Role
Build product growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming marketplace, from a creator's first visit through their first published game. As a hands-on individual contributor, you'll work across product, engineering, design, and data to identify opportunities and shape the growth function.
What You'll Do
Own creator growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and engagement, and ship changes that move key metrics.
Create mockups and prototypes using AI-assisted development tools, then partner with front-end engineers to bring successful ideas into the product.
Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into actionable growth strategies.
Gather feedback directly from creators and use it to guide product iterations.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners on the product roadmap and scalable growth practices.
What We're Looking For
Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product.
Experience owning growth work in acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments and analyzing results.
A hands-on individual contributor who has built or prototyped products, scripts, or side projects.
Strong computer science fundamentals, data analytics skills, and experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, A/B testing, and AI prototyping tools.
Technical product management experience and a track record of shipping beyond writing specifications or reporting analytics.
Experience with creators, user-generated content, games, marketplaces, or other two-sided platforms is valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Palo Alto, California, four days per week.
