Part-time Assistant Public Housing Clerk
Springfield Housing Authority
The Springfield Housing Authority, consistent with its equal opportunity and affirmative action policies, invites applicants for the position of Assistant District Clerk. This is a part-time position with no benefits . Rate: $21.58 per hour, 19 hours per week.
Position will remain open until filled.
1) Duties include: answering phones; greeting tenants and visitors; documenting and distributing parking stickers; posting checks and preparing bank deposits; posting legal charges; preparing landlord verifications; filing; other administrative support duties
2) Requirements : Previous experience in a fast-paced office. Ability to navigate through information systems software. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate with a diverse population. Previous experience in an office setting. Bi-lingual preferred. Usual office conditions.
