• Provide inpatient acute rehabilitation services for patients aged 0 to 21, including a new initiative for infants transitioning from the NICU who may face feeding challenges, delayed milestones, or anxiety related to handling.
• Engage in outpatient practice primarily focused on conditions such as cerebral palsy and spasticity management (including ITB and Botulinum treatments), with opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary clinics like the Home Ventilator clinic, Hypertonicity/SDR clinic, Spina Bifida program, high-risk infant program, and Muscular Dystrophy clinic.
• Contribute to the education of residents in the PMR residency program.
• Participate in research initiatives supported by the PMR department, including projects related to the new Totally Infants’ Program.

• On-Call Duties: Participation in the on-call pool for Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation units/teams may be required, depending on availability and necessity.
• Working Hours: Standard hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with earlier hours on Fridays.
• Patient Interaction: Average visit durations are approximately 20-30 minutes for follow-ups and 30-40 minutes for new patients, with flexibility for new hires.

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $250,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
