We are actively seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing dealership team. This role offers a rewarding environment with plenty of opportunities for high earnings potential for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $75,000 – $125,000+ annual earning potential
- Competitive base + aggressive commission structure

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of F&I experience
- Proven track record of production and profitability
- Experience in:
- Contracting deals
- Menu selling and presenting F&I products (warranties, GAP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and approvals
- Thorough knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Experience with CRM platforms (RouteOne, Dealertrack, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust quickly
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
- Maximize profitability while maintaining full compliance
- Structure and submit deals to lenders effectively
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contracts
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Work closely with sales team to improve deal flow and performance
- Lead, mentor, and support team members as needed
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
