Scale Clerk / Administrative Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm )
- Weigh inbound and outbound trucks and accurately record load information.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain records.
- Answer phones, assist customers, and provide excellent service to drivers and visitors.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support duties.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and site personnel to support daily operations.
Scale Clerk / Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous office, administrative, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
