FedEx Ground Delivery Driver

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout our Company:We are a local company contracted with FedEx Ground. Our routes dispatch out of DuPont, WA and service University Place, Steilacoom, Dupont, and Anderson Island. Routes typically consist of 110-130 stops per day.We value safety and teamwork in our workplace culture!We are in need of a driver to operate a 20-25 foot long step van delivery truck.4 or 5 day workweek schedules available.We are looking for full time and part time drivers. Part time positions have the possibility of becoming full time. Come join our team!Military veterans please apply!Requirements:At least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.Some commercial driving experience preferred. Ex (Amazon, Uber, etc.)Must be able to pass a drug screen and random drug screens.Clean criminal background.Prefer a clean driving record (no more than 2 offenses in the last 3 years will be accepted).Must be able to drive a 20-30 foot delivery truck comfortably.Must pass a DOT physical, be injury free, and in good physical health.This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to manage packages of all sizes frequently up to 60 lbs. and less frequently up to 150 lbs. with hand cart provided.Pay:Starting wage $22.00 per hour, with structured pay increases based on hours worked and performance.Paid weekly by direct deposit.Benefits:Paid Holidays after 3 monthsPaid Vacation after 1 yearA culture of safety, communication, and teamwork helps us to be successful!Please send us a description outlining your driving experience to the above email.
