Hospitalist Physician Assistant

Schedule: Night Shift 8:00 PM 8:00 AM
Start: ASAP (Orientation available prior to first shift)
Contract: Locum / Travel Assignment Ongoing Coverage
We are seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for a nighttime Hospitalist role in Randolph, Vermont . This opportunity is ideal for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who are comfortable working independently during overnight shifts while providing high-quality inpatient care.
This position is located in a supportive Critical Access Hospital environment with respiratory therapy available onsite.
️ Eligible Providers ️ Nurse Practitioner (NP)
️ Physician Assistant (PA)
️ Acute Care certification preferred
Manage adult inpatient admissions during night shifts
Provide overnight cross-coverage for hospitalized patients
Develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in patient discharge planning when required
Collaborate with onsite clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
Critical Access Hospital setting
No ICU on site
️ Non-interventionist environment
Onsite respiratory therapy support
️ No required procedures
Intubation preferred but not required
Night Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM
Flexible schedule with open availability preferred
Ongoing assignment with potential for long-term or permanent placement
Looking for 2 3 reliable recurring locum APPs
Onsite housing available with nearby hotel options
Temporary privileges available for faster onboarding
