How you can help us We are looking for an experienced and driven Data Analytics Consultant to support our client — a leading player in high-tech systems — by optimizing business processes using modern tools and techniques. You can make a difference if you bring the following experience: Translating business needs into data-driven solutions and dashboards Designing and optimizing data models and data warehouses Creating reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Plotly Collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines, from engineering to management Applying machine learning and AI to build predictive models Working with cloud technologies such as Azure Data Lake and SQL-based systems Working in an agile environment that is fast-paced and constantly evolving What you bring A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field (or equivalent demonstrated experience) At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and performance optimization Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or PySpark Experience with Azure, SQL, Power Apps, Power BI, and/or Qlik Experience with AI and machine learning techniques Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English Experience working in Agile and managing stakeholders in a complex environment How we support you Your personal and professional growth At TSG, you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow — both personally and professionally.
