Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions focusing on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.

Work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop inclusive care strategies.

Engage in patient and family education to support developmental progress outside of therapy sessions.

Provide occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure consistent care throughout the healing process.

Uphold meticulous and prompt documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Stay ahead of industry advancements through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
