Senior Product Manager, Post-Checkout Experience

Block is hiring a Product Manager to own the post-checkout experience for food ordering and retail ecommerce across Square. You'll define strategy, prioritise problems, and ship customer journeys from order placement through delivery, updates, refunds, and support. You will collaborate with design and engineering, use customer insights, and apply AI/automation to improve efficiency and scale. You'll measure success by customer clarity, speed of resolution, and repeat purchases.
