Client Services Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Locations: Columbus, OH (preferred), Akron, OH (preferred), Mayfield, OH, Bloomington, MN, Houston, TX

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Service Associate (CSA) to support a fast-paced wealth management environment serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and family office clients. This is a hands-on role requiring strong custodial knowledge (Schwab and/or Fidelity), exceptional attention to detail, and a “white glove” client service mindset. This individual will act as a key partner to advisors and the broader client service team, helping manage critical operational workflows, client requests, and onboarding efforts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3-7+ years of Client Service Associate experience in wealth management
Strong experience supporting UHNW clients, RIAs, or family office environments
Hands-on experience with Schwab and/or Fidelity custodial platforms

Deep understanding of:

Account types (trusts, retirement, brokerage, etc.)
Account opening and transfer processes
Money movement workflows
Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor
Experience handling sensitive client information with discretion
