Role Overview

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow developer with strong IRM/GRC experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.

Key Requirements

8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
6+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience
Strong experience with: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB
ServiceNow platform architecture
Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Experience with enterprise platform integrations
Knowledge of SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or similar GRC frameworks
Experience with Agile, Git, and CI/CD
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management experience
Ability to participate in architecture review boards and defend technical designs

Required Certifications

ServiceNow CSA
ServiceNow CAD
ServiceNow CIS-RC
ServiceNow CIS-VRM

Preferred: CIS-Audit Management (CIS-AM)
