1st Shift Quality Technician

Nolte Precise Manufacturing, located on the west side of Cincinnati Ohio, is in need of first shift Quality Technician. First shift is 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Mon-Thur., with overtime available on an as needed basis. Complete designated inspections and record result in a timely manner Prepare and process non-conforming material reports Support production personnel quality questions and initiatives Participate in the calibration program Verify daily maintenance and 5S standards Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies. Maintain acceptable attendance. Any specifically assigned task. Job Summary Nolte Precise Manufacturing, located on the west side of Cincinnati Ohio, is in need of first shift Quality Technician. Complete designated inspections and record result in a timely manner Prepare and process non-conforming material reports Operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS Support production personnel quality questions and initiatives Participate in the calibration program Verify daily maintenance and 5S standards Communicate work status Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies. Maintain acceptable attendance. Any specifically assigned task. Requirements Must be able to communicate and convey information to others. Must be able to use and select tools. gauges, and work aids to perform task. Must be able to prioritize work duties to reflect frequent changes, delays, and/or unexpected events during the work shift. Must be able to precisely verify operator and machine performance against production documentation and customer specifications. Must be able to make decisions using the principles of logic in a timely manner. Excellent Math skills up to and including Statistics. Ability to prepare basic communication and reports. Advanced blueprint reading. Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Ability to use calibration tooling. Microsoft office software. Experience with machining or AS9100 is a plus.
