Birdcode Chicken Hanover | Hanover, MA

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, cook, and serve food according to Birdcode standards.
- Maintain high standards for food quality and consistency.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with teammates during busy shifts.
- Learn different positions throughout the restaurant.
- Assist wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- No restaurant experience required; we provide training.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Dependability and readiness to contribute.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedback.
- Strong communication skills with guests and teammates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Take pride in doing things the right way.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options based on availability and business needs.
