Lead Front of House Manager - Full Time
Sharko's BBQ | 515 Roosevelt Road

As the Lead Front of House Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the front-of-house operations run smoothly in our fast-paced BBQ restaurant. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Ensure exceptional service by training and supervising the front-of-house team, resolving guest concerns, and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house staff to maintain high standards and efficiency.
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage seating, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management to support seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a full-service or BBQ restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Schedule
Full-time position with a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
