- As a Delivery Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering value and outcomes.
- Delivery leaders are expected to have an end-to-end vantage point on delivery, manage dependencies, remove blockers, engage stakeholders, manage financials, maximize vendor relationships, and enable an iterative delivery of value.
- You will need to keep pace with software delivery and organizational change methods and tools.
- Delivery leaders should also understand relevant Financial and Agile/Lean/DevOps tools and techniques.
- We need seasoned, hard-working delivery leaders to expertly guide our development to on-time completions in support of the strategic plan.
Work details and specific skills include:
- Pet is a complete business so experience working across business units is critical. Our projects enable the strategic plan, and directly impact Pet and the NF bottom line.
- Time management is critical to ensure all work completes when targeted. We're managing a transformational program as well as other business critical projects.
- Experience with insurance, particularly the Pet insurance business is important. Strong Executive-level communications are important.
- Must be able to work across agile lines to complete complex business outcomes.
- Scope control to ensure timelines can be achieved. Issue and Risk Management / Escalation.
- Strong dependency management and end to end schedule development. Strong financial management and forecasting accuracy.
- Experience with Insurance systems, salesforce, portals, APIs and web front-ends - all helpful.
- Will deliver multiple work items at a time. Time management is essential.
- Work from anywhere supported. We align our workday to the Pacific Time Zone.
