Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 24 months of recent Emergency Room experience within the last 12 months License: Active state license to practice with no hits Certifications: - TNCC - BLS (AHA) - NIHSS - ACLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) Must-Have: - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - RTO cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment - Valid driver’s license to verify residency - Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days Description: Emergency Room Registered Nurses are vital to providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations. Candidates must have strong clinical expertise and the ability to perform under pressure. They must be proactive in assessing and triaging patients based on severity of conditions. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the hiring process. Candidates must comply with all background check standards. Candidates should be prepared to provide requested documentation and certifications. Travel experience is highly preferred but not required. Adherence to all compliance requirements is mandatory.
