**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff. The Housekeeper will play a key role in upholding the quality standards of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and bathrooms.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Change bed linens and towels, and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs promptly and courteously.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and products are used and stored safely and properly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
