Personal Lines Account Manager

We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys supporting new business growth, to support our Best Insurance Services agency in Bay City, TX. About the Role This role is focused on quoting, binding, and onboarding new personal lines policies, allowing producers to stay focused on selling while you keep deals moving quickly and accurately. This position is onsite in Bay City, TX. Responsibilities Support producers by quoting, marketing, and binding new personal lines business Work with multiple carriers and rating platforms to secure competitive coverage Prepare proposals and assist with underwriting questions Bind coverage, issue policies, and ensure accurate documentation Enter and manage new business activity in the agency management system Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during the quoting process Required Skills Active Personal Lines insurance license 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience (agency experience preferred) Experience quoting auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency Preferred Skills New business focused with limited servicing and renewal work Direct impact on agency growth and close rates Collaborative, sales-driven team environment Opportunity to grow with a scaling insurance organization This position offers competitive pay and is eligible for bonus opportunities.
