Job Description

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve existing workflows and systems.
• Ensure adherence to aerospace industry standards and regulations throughout the production cycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and improve production schedules to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
• Provide technical support to resolve engineering and manufacturing challenges.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards relevant to manufacturing.
