Terra Cotta Pasta Co. is a fast-paced Italian Specialty Food Market.
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales and Kitchen Associate with a genuine passion for food, wine, and cooking. The ideal candidate will leverage their enthusiasm to educate customers and provide an exceptional store experience. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels at suggestive selling for our retail and catering lines. In this cross-functional role, you will also receive comprehensive training in cooking and food preparation, making it a perfect fit for a versatile, food-focused professional.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
Provide high quality customer service to our guests. Well organized.
Merchandising/upselling retail products. Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail throughout store. High standard of cleanliness.
Maintain and stock products.
Light prep work. Knife skills a plus.
Knowledge of POS system (will train).
Ringing up customers.
