Job Duration: LongTerm Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate: $43.60/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Support the Research Contracts Group by managing the full lifecycle of Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), ensuring timely processing, execution, tracking, and shipment coordination. Serve as a key liaison between research scientists, legal teams, academic institutions, technology transfer offices, and internal operational teams in a fast-paced research environment. Key Responsibilities: Manageand process outgoing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) from initiationthrough execution and closure. Coordinatewith internal stakeholders, legal counsel, academic scientists, andtechnology transfer offices regarding agreement status and requirements. Trackand maintain agreement records, databases, effective dates, and contractdocumentation. Organizesignatures, complete post-execution activities, and coordinate materialshipments, including import/export documentation. Managehigh-volume correspondence and prioritize multiple requests whilemaintaining accuracy and responsiveness. Supportcontract administration activities, including data entry, recordmanagement, filing, and meeting coordination. Ensurecompliance with established processes and proactively identify solutionsto operational challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor’sdegree in a scientific discipline; legal education or experience is aplus. 2–4years of experience in contract administration, research operations,technology transfer, legal support, or related fields. Experiencein pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic research, or universityenvironments preferred. Familiaritywith Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), contract management, or legalagreements. Understandingof scientific terminology, including reagents, antibodies, plasmids, DNA,and genetically modified animal models. Strongorganizational, communication, critical thinking, and time-managementskills. Proficiencywith databases, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications.
