3rd Shift Security Guard

Position at JBS USA (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) Hours: 6:00 pm. – 6:00 am. (12 Hour Shifts)

JBS in Worthington, MN is hiring for an overnight shipping security coordinator who is self-motivated & able to work under minimal supervision at our guard shack. This position is responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter facility, and signing trucks in & out; other duties as assigned. Works both indoor & outdoor in all weather conditions.

Position Description:

• Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor
• Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic
• Work with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations
• Enter Available and Outbound times into Shop Floor
• Maintain Outbound Logs
• Weigh and maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
• Assist with Security, as needed
• May work as needed as back up for Load Planners
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent computer skills required
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent people skills
• Great work ethic
• Ability to work in a high stress environment
• Great communication skills – written and verbal
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Good attendance record
• Resume required
• Must have a valid class D driver's license

Working Conditions: Security Guard Shack, hot and cold conditions
