Anesthesiology Opportunity
Somniia Anesthesia, a physician-owned, clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking an anesthesiologist to join our growing team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA.
Compensation & Benefits:
- W2 compensation: $575k annually
- OB 24-hour call (pager) $4,500
- Required hours 55/hours per week
- $25K commencement bonus
- 10 weeks PTO

Practice Environment:
- Orange County Global Medical Center
- Safety net hospital
- 4 ORs | 282 beds | Level II Trauma Center | Level III NICU
- Shifts: 8, 10, 12-hour shifts
- Trauma OR1 24/7 coverage | OR2 8-10 hours shifts | Adding 2 new ORs
- CRNAs handle non-trauma ORs and OB call (24-hour)
- Total cases 6,980 | OB cases 1,142 | Cath lab cases 1,500 | GI cases 579 | IR cases 1,050
- Care team model (currently 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs)
- Established team | hiring due to growth
Qualifications:
- Active state license | DEA | State CDS
- Board certification | Board eligible if in process
- ACLS | PALS | BLS
