Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Are you an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a passion for working in educational settings? This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students across 2-5 schools in a collaborative environment near Norco, CA.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active COTA licensure and eligibility to practice in California
• At least one year of pediatric experience, preferably within a school setting
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to efficiently manage caseloads across multiple school sites
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic educational environments

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under OT supervision
• Assist with implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Conduct screenings, maintain accurate documentation, and collect data to aid in student assessment
• Travel between assigned schools as needed to provide consistent therapy support

For candidates meeting the ideal experience level, the discussed pay rate is around $50 per hour, with flexibility for highly qualified professionals.
