Role Lead and support a team within a busy CNC machining environment. Coordinate production activities to ensure schedules and customer requirements are met. Support training, development, and performance management of shop floor personnel. Monday – Friday, day shift position. Person Experience within a CNC machining environment, ideally in a leadership or lead hand capacity. Strong background operating or supporting 5‑axis CNC machinery. Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
