Inside Sales Consultant (Telesales) III
Location: Atlanta, GA (30308), Plano TX (75204)
Duration: 7 months
Payrate: $24/hr.
Work Schedule: Hybrid || Wednesday and Thursday are typical anchor days
Open to Work shifts: 9 AM - 9 PM ET
Training:
- 9 AM 5 PM PT
- 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting
- 1st few days are remote and then Hybrid onsite
- PSCs will be used
Position Overview
- Be available to consult with small business prospects contacting QuickBooks
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customers small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
- Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
- Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
- Champion the Client Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited
- Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics
- Partner with FLLs to ensure participation and engagement of the sales teams supported
Skills:
- Banking, lending, FinTech and/or merchant experience is a plus.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
